Many of you may have received notifications of completion of orders today that have you scratching your head. When you place an order that requires shipping, it goes into processing status. It must be manually moved to “completed” status. We sometimes get behind in this manual completion process. It is just part of the structure of the website and does not affect anything else in regards to your orders.
Today, we were “cleaning up” the back of the house and completing orders for older projects and for things such as the Once Upon a Time reservations. This is merely housekeeping. Your reservations are still in place and nothing has changed. You will still get notifications when the next project is coming up, you will still receive patterns as they are released, etc. Some have emailed me with concerned that they received a bill. If you look closely, you will see that is it actually just a receipt, a confirmation of completion of an order….that is all. You receive one automatically whenever you order a pattern, and you receive one when we manually complete a kit or shippable product order. The is no need for concern or panic…..we are merely cleaning up the back of the house and completing some long overdue house keeping.

Admittedly, I do not order patterns frequently. I have never ordered a kit. I might sometime 🙂 I think you have changed your practice and I want to check with you. Are you now limiting access to the videos based on purchase of the patterns? So – if I purchase a pattern, I need to something additional to get / download a video?

Nope. My videos are free and available for viewing under the Archives tab. The only ones that are limited to purchase are the Turn the Page System and One and Done Mini Album. All others are available to view.
