Maple Street Reservation System

Because of the overwhelming popularity of the Maple Street Shoppes, I have developed a new ongoing Reservation system for those who want to insure that they can get the kits as they come out. The kits for the Maple Street Shoppes won’t be coming out on a monthly basis. Though they will still come out regularly, I just can’t have them be on such hard and fast deadlines as a monthly date. There may be six a year or there may be 15 a year….it depends on the papers that come out.

The new Reservation system will allow for this flexibility. The best way to describe it is much like renting an apartment…paying for the last month’s rent, or in this case the last kit you wish to purchase in the series. Here is how it will work:

  1. Purchase the Maple Street Shoppes Reservation Deposit from my website. The price of the deposit is based on the estimated average price of the kits. The price of the kits may vary within $5 of the deposit value. The price of the kit is based on the products included. Any patterns associated with the project are included at no additional charge.
  2. Approximately 3 weeks prior to the scheduled class for the latest Shoppe, you will be invoiced (via email) for the Kit for the class. You will have 3 days to either pay the invoice or contact me to end the series for you.
  3. Once your invoice is paid, you won’t need to do anything further, you will receive your kit, and the pattern(s) for the project  in time for the online class (while every effort is made to make sure international people receive their kits in time for the class, due to shipping times, I can’t guarantee it.) Your Reservation Deposit will remain in place for the next kit in the series.
  4. If you decide that you no longer wish to receive the Maple Street Shoppes kits, you will need to inform me when you receive the invoice that this will be your final kit. The deposit will be used to pay for that final kit and you will no longer be under any obligation to purchase further kits.
  5. If I do not hear from you during the 3 day period after the invoices are sent, the deposit will be used to pay for that final kit and you will no longer be under any obligation to purchase further kits. To reinstate your Reservation, you will need to purchase another Reservation Deposit.
  6. The Reservation Deposit will include shipping. The shipping for your location will be added to the Deposit the same as when you order a kit.
  7. Kits on the Reservation plan may not be skipped. Please email me if there are extenuating circumstances. Such requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  8. Kits are shipped via United States Postal Service. All Domestic kits are shipped via Priority Mail. International shipping is based on the weight of the kit and may vary.
  9. All Invoices and Payments are handled via Paypal. If you wish to pay via Check or Money order, please contact me to make arrangements on a case by case basis.

To put it simply, your Reservation Deposit is payment for your LAST kit.

For those who don’t want the commitment of the Reservation System,  or those who want to pick and choose their Maple Street Shoppe Kits, don’t worry, there will still be a la Carte kits, though those numbers will be limited.

The Reservation Deposit will only apply to the Maple Street Shoppes. If this system works as I hope, it may be available for other kits in the future.
