I have spent the day struggling with a bum wrist to finish off the Maple Street Theater sample and the Theater/Gas Station pattern. I still have the doors to finish, but I wanted to post what I have done. Yesterday, I strained my wrist moving some boxes. I have it in a brace which is helping but it really s…l…o…w…s me down. For class tomorrow, I think we will start with the mini album for this project which I have planned as a Snapguide tutorial. I will post a link to the guide when it is complete. I will still be working to finish up the pattern but it may not release until Saturday. We will plan to begin the building on Sunday’s class.
I am going to try and get into the dr. tomorrow to make sure I haven’t done something serious to my wrist. I will keep you all posted if the class status changes.

Looks amazing! Good luck at the doctor!
I’m in love with this Theater and can’t wait to get started on it! You take care of that wrist though FIRST! Working with it isn’t helping it get well quicker. Now . . . do you feel mother henned enough lol.
This is really nice. I was going to make only the garage and a produce market. But now maybe have to rethink. Another great pattern.
Hello,
Hope you get well soon, a painfull wrist is no help getting the job done. First things first as my mother used to say!
Laura, you have done an awesome job, despite your bum wrist. Ths Theatre is georgous. We are blessed that you are so dedicated to us and your craft that you would strive to work even with a bum wrist. Glad you will visit the Dr. Hope it is just a sprain and will heal quickly…you may have to let it rest, tho. Which means not use it for a while. This will, I’m sure not make some people happy, but your well being is tops in my book. Thank you for all the wonderful designs and patterns you have made for us and I for one will be happy to let you rest and recoperate. This is where you could use child labor to move those boxes…LOL!!!
I’m so sorry to hear about your wrist. I’m hoping you’re not in a lot of pain. Don’t do too much before your wrist is better… a few more days won’t kill us, we just want you to be healthy.
Health trumps everything. Take care.
Hi Laura it looks great!!!! Wow !!! Be careful with your wrist I’m right handed and I fel 7 weeks ago and broke my wrist now the cast is of and I can’t do anything with it it bruised and swollen so I only could watching you on facebook and not crafting!!!!! Your design for the theater is amazing… just like you. Take care of yourself. The paper doodles can’t afford to have our leader out of commission!
This is gorgeous!!! Please take care of yourself.
