Yep, that’s right, no more plugged glue bottles! I have stumbled upon the perfect solution to dried out, plugged up glue bottle tips. While looking for something completely different, I happened upon silicone tops for adhesive bottles and mineral spirits on a woodworking site. These were far too large for glue bottles but the concept was exciting. After a little experimentation I found the silicon baby bottle nipples worked perfectly. You don’t need to poke pins or run them under hot water! All you need is some silicone baby bottle nipples and some 1/2″ foam tape and you are good to go. No more hoarding the old style Scotch Quick Dry lid style…you can throw them away!
