My website was done for over 30 hours on Thursday and Friday due to a host server issue that affected all sites on that server. It came back on late yesterday morning but it had several glitches, the worst one being that it was not sending out the emails with the links tot he patterns or in some cases, it was not loading the pattern into your account. Many of you were able to get your patterns by logging in to your account, but some of you were not. The server admins are working to fix the issue asap. The site is down again this morning. Hopefully it will be up again very soon. Trust me when I say that this is a huge headache.
On my end, I am emailing the pattern to those who have not receive the patterns you have ordered. I have been contacted by several of you and will get the patterns out as quickly as I can. I ask that you be patient while I get the patterns to you. (Filing a dispute with Paypal does NOT help the situation!)
On a good note, my new store, which will be integrated into this site, will be up and running by the end of the week. It has zero relation to the current store in terms of servers etc. It will look better, feel better, and most importantly WORK better than the current store….plus it will be right here where you will still find the archived videos, the schedules, and my blog….alll in one stop. I can’ t wait!!!
Thank you for you patience will we work towards this. On top of everything else, Ustream cut the recording off after only 15 minutes of the class portion of the show last night. I wanted to cry! I will do a review during the first half hour of todays show to get you up to speed once again. Frustating, yes, but crying over the spilled milk doesn’t clean it up, so I’m getting out the mop and we will get back on track quickly!

Thank you, Laura, for all your efforts! I hope you give yourself some slack too as serve breakdowns and UStream hiccups are out of your control. Most of us understand and can wait as long as necessary until things are fixed!

No worries. I’m going to purchase the Winter Fairy House but will wait until the site is stable or until you move to your new website. It’s not like we have nothing to do you know!! :-))) The only one who works as fast as you is you – lol!
