I have tweeked my schedule…again….I am sounding like a broken record here, but as I have said, I have to keep my schedule flexible…..you all are being super great about it!!! You can see the revised schedule under the Class Schedule heading above.
I am moving the Captured Under Glass class straight to video. The videos should be up here on my blog Next Monday, May 27. This class has been delayed on Ustream a couple of times and I don’t want to delay it again so I am putting it up a video on my blog instead of the live Ustream class. Kits are still shipping out but I am running a day late on them.
I started to did out my studio and it is a larger endeavor than I envisioned!!…isn’t that always the case. I am digging through many years worth of quilting UFO’s (geez, I have more UFO’s than outer space!!) and fabric projects to make more room for the more recent paper stuff. I have needed to do this for YEARS!!! It is becoming a bit of an overwhelming task. This project, combined with unexpected appointments and a weekly drive to Portland is sucking up a ton of time!
We will be finishing up the Charm Bracelet Box on Ustream tomorrow. On Friday, we will make the Magic Fold Album (this is the one I taught at CHA this past January) This can be made out of any paper from your stash. I will post a supply list latter today.
The Refolded Paper Bag project will be on Ustream (instead of straight to video) and will start on May 29. I will show a sample of the Gate Hinged Box on Ustream tomorrow and the kits will go up on Thursday (May 23). The Ustream class will begin on June 7.
The Color Box Album will stay on the straight-to-video schedule as noted in the Class schedule and will begin on June 1.
I hope this will be the last change to the schedule…I know it is confusing and I appreciate how you have all rolled with thte changes!

Laura, I love your projects and your wonderful positive attitude. I’ll follow you whenever and wherever you go!! You are a wonderful parent.
Love,
Sheila (wifeofmule)!!
Laura, dear:
I have always said that family comes first and no explanations are needed. Your character and talent are so far beyond words that I would follow you anywhere, any time. I have great admiration for you as an artist but even greater as a mother!
Blessings,
Monica (papercraftsgallore)
No worries, we understand that you have a life besides US! haha Besides this gives me a chance to catch up with my other album kits that I had already purchased from you. 🙂
I have been waiting for the project you did at CHA. I am so glad you are going to do it. Thanks for all the work you put into showing us your projects. No complaints on my part-wouldn’t worry about others as you give so much of your time everyone should be grateful.
no problems Laura, you have to take care of family. Hugs, Mgt Ann
Laura, we are all grateful that you make the time to share your talents with us. We should be the ones apologizing if you feel pressure to commit to us. As the quote goes, life is a journey, not a destination.
Laura….Your family comes first and we will be OK, as you will as well…We appreciated the time you give us and your talent…We Love you and do what you need to do, and the rest fall in place…
Laura,
I am extremely grateful for all the effort you put into squeezing us into your “Über busy” schedule… How you actually manage it all in only 24 hours is beyond me.
I wish you all the very possible best in all the challenges you are facing and don’t worry just whistle and we’ll be there!
Paola(poide)
So happy that you are finally able to take some time and dig out your studio! It’s a huge job and I probably don’t have half of what you have! You’ll feel less stressed about it when you are all done and can find everything!! Super excited about the Magic Fold Album…I’ve seen the one from CHA at my local scrap store and it was soooo neat! She clearly was in your class!!
I am so looking forward to the Magic Fold class ever since you talked about it (that’s the one with the Place in Time paper?) … don’t worry about the schedule … family comes first and then those of us who have this paper addiction … Like someone else said “gives us time to catch up on the UFO’s”
Phew you blogged. At least I know you are not lost among your UFO’s. 🙂
The aliens showed up and took me away for a while…just dropped me off again….
