  1. Laura,
Proud to add my thanks to yours! My dad also proudly served our country in the United States Army. God Bless all of our veterans for their immeasurable sacrifice! I urge everyone, as you enjoy your holiday today, remember the sacrifice of so many who made it possible!
    Blessings and hugs to all!

  2. Wow Laura you look so much like your Father. My husband fought in Vietnam, my son in Iraq, and I am retired military. Freedom isn’t free “Thank you” to all who gave.

Hello Laura. I knew we were kindred spirits in more than crafting. My Dad was retired Air Force, too. He served proudly for 25 years and I’ve been thinking of him today and all those who we honor. It was great to see your note and know others are doing the same. We truly are one community.

You and your children sure look like your father! My dad was in the Navy.
I thank all of our troops, now and those that came before us. Brave men and women.

  6. Oh Laura! Your dad lives in you! You look so much like him! I salute him and all the other veterans as well as their families who sacrifice just as much as veterans have and continue to. Many blessings to all of you,

  7. What a wonderful tribute to your Dad. I agree with the others there is certainly a strong family resemblance with your dad and you and your own children. I also have a strong military family. Dad served in WWII the big one, Sister in Desert Storm and a nephew currently serving in Iraq now. A big thank you to them and all those serving past and present.

Wow, you look so much like your father. My father-in-law had a purple heart from WW2. He used to let my kids feel the shrapnal still in his leg. Thanks to all our soldiers!
