Got back yesterday afternoon after another fantastic event in Las Vegas. We had a blast! Nancy Wethington organized an amazing event for the PaperDoodles, I designed some special projects just for the event but, the attendees are what makes it SPECIAL!! We had a amazing group of talented crafters from around the world! Make sure to scroll to the end of the post for a special sale this week only!
The first night we had a Get Acquainted social that included a special guest…Elvis was in the building!
Joy got a selfie with Elvis!
The next day we worked on the Shuffle Album. this is a fun and fast album using the Bo Bunny Beautiful DreamerCollection.
A smaller group allow for more intimate demonstrations.
Grace came with her daughter, Kristine. She hasn’t done much paper crafter but took to it right away!
Sandra from Australia was back again (she kept us all in stitches in St Louis last year) and she brought her sister. LOVED these awesome ladies!! Vegas may never be the same!
The next two days we create the Queen of Hearts Castle.
The Castle comes apart and holds a mini album and a box for memorabilia.
I mentioned that one could make the door operable like a draw bridge and Ruth was off and running to do just that!! I love it when people tweet a design to make it unique!
Patterns and videos for both of these projects will be available for purchase later this week.
I can hardly wait for the next event in Salem Massachusetts in September. Are you ready for fall colors in New England at the birthplace of the witch hunts? Click here for more info and come join us!!
To celebrate the successful even in Vegas, I am having a 30% sale on all patterns. Sorry, but this does not include video tutorials, Turn the Page Source Books or kits. To get the discount, enter the code: VivaLasVegas in the coupon box on the cart page during check out. Sale ends April 30.
