I am hosting a Progressive/Round Robin Mini Album Swap! I am really excited about this! After sign ups ae closed, you will placed in a group with 6 other people. You will create a blank base book. Each person in the group will embellish one page in the book. It is going to be a lot of fun. The key to a great experience for everyone is commitment and communication. Please read the guidelines carefully before you decide to join up.The rules and guidelines for the Progressive swap are available under the 2013 Swap tab or click HERE.
To simplify the base book process, I have designed a simple book to work as the base for this swap. The link to the downloadable tutorial is available in the Rules and Guidelines. I do ask that everyone use this as their base for this swap. If this swap goes well, we will have further swaps that can have varied base books….this one is kind of the guinea pig!
As noted in the guidelines, groups will be formed based on their geographic location. I will do everything I can to put International participants in groups with similar geographic proximity. If there is not enough signups for that particular region, we will need to determine an alternative.
I will do a quick video tomorrow with a video tutorial of the base book as well as further clarification of the rules and guidelines.
On another note, the August Bird Abode pattern is done and will be up on the website tomorrow…. video to follow soon!

I’m actually going to be going out of town in October to visit my college kiddo but I think I’m gonna make this work, even if I have to bring my stuff with me and mail it from another state! eeeeeeeeeeeek!

I’m so excited! This is gonna be so much fun! Lori – I’m going to be at a Club Scrap Retreat in Wisconsin in mid-October, but I don’t think it will be a problem. It’s not much different than Laura’s One and Done Mini (my fave!), which has 6 pages that can be done in an hour or two. I am hoping that the groups won’t put too many restrictions on the pages, just let them get done as the artist wishes. Count me in!
It is a fast project but has a bit more to it than One and Done…a page pocket and sleeve/fin construction vs. all in one for the One and Done
