Website issues

We have been experiencing issues with Account Histories not showing up in your accounts. Ansley, my webmaster, is aware of this problem and working towards getting things fixed and back to normal. Thank you for your patience.

    Laura,
    I have 2 questions about this computer issue with our order histories. First, the only thing I am not able to access are video tutorials (not really a question). Secondly, I am currently working on putting together my 2015 turn the page binder,etc. Are there supposed to be fused pages in addition to the album covers, cardstock pages, pocket pages, and bindings? If so, in addition to the video tutorials, I am unable to access the patterns for those pages? If not….what are the plastic bags included in the binder kit for? I guess what I am really asking are these issues all related to the computer issues with order histories?
    Just wondering…
