It’s OK, Laura. Really. I’m finishing up my second Shoppe today. The first was pretty much like the one you made, except the cutouts were some images I found online. This one is a 1950’s Vogue inspired shop for my sister. She’ll love the images I found for behind the windows. So rest, relax, and get well!
Oh, Laura! I’m so sorry you are feeling so crummy! Please take good care of yourself! I’ve heard this bug that’s going around strikes with a vengeance and lays in wait for an opportunity to relapse! So, don’t give that crummy bug a second chance and take good care of yourself! Here’s a virtual bowl of chicken soup for you!!
While I love the frogs, I am sorry you are still under the weather. No worries, we are going to be hit later today and all day tomorrow in Virginia with a ton of snow and we’ll probably loose our power. So I wouldn’t be able to watch the Ustream video anyway!!! That’s why I love that you tape them. Rest, feel better, drink hot tea and cold orange juice – separately though! 😉
P.S. I don’t know about any of your other fans, but I can use this time to catch up and add finishing touches to some of my other “Laura” projects! hahaha shhh! no comments from the peanut gallery!
Hi Laura, Terrible if you feeling sick I know I had it last week and we had an exhibition with paintings of my husband , but we have a nurse in our workshop and she said you have to take Coiloldal silver, and gues it works very good!!!!!
Try it and take care, I love your shows!!!!!
Feel better Laura. The flu has been a but kicker this year. On Monday I took my mother for an xray at the local community hospital. They are not allowing anyone into the hospital without a mask. At the hospital I work Visitors are limited to 4 per patient unless there are special circumstances and no children under 14 are allowed in the hospital. We just had another death in our ICU this week. Sad. The flu season ends at the end of March. So take care everyone.
I followed you off and on for many years and I always admired openmouthed how you seem to manage everything so effordlessly: family, your work and your passion, your houshold. But sometimes, our body tells us, if it too much. Sickness, even a little cold, can be our friend who forces us to slow down. Keep well Laura and take a break, I am sure all your fans will understand.

Take good care of yourself Laura, for this COLD could return with a vengence. This project is awesome, like all your creative ventures.
