…had one of those days that feels like you are incredibly BUSY, but seem to get NOTHING done!
Well that is my day! (I did get al lot done but not what I wanted to get done….). The Tooth Fairy House kits will still go up at 4 pm but I won’t have the sample posted on my blog till evening. I don’t think you will be disappointed with it.
A few minutes ago, I looked up from my desk and saw a beautiful falcon circling on the wind above the trees behind my back yard. I though to my self as I watched it glide and circle that while he is working, he is taking a moment to take a breath and just be.
I need to be more like that falcon some days….take a minute and breathe….it will all get done….

A friend once told me that when your on an airline, the flight staff tells you to put on your oxygen mask first and then help those around you. She continued, “you’re no good to others if you pass out”. Then she raise her eyebrow at me.

What a beautiful bird…we don’t have a large falcon population here, so I guess I never realized how fabulous their markings and colors are. I see a chevron pattern in his wings.
We have a pair of Peregrine Falcons who nest/live here in the neighborhood. Not sure if it was the male or female I saw today. They are very beautiful.

You are doing great. Just remember that you don’t need to finish everything today. Those of us know how many hats you wear and also wear many of them ourselves. Don’t worry about keeping the schedule. We have all heard that a woman’s prerogative is to change her mind. Hang in there…it will all get done.

Was so great to be able to watch your show live yesterday. You gave me a wicked idea maybe I need to have a few Thursday sickies. LOL.
Just remember Laura that if you fall over who take the load. So you are very important and must yes take a breath and live in the moment. Things always need doing and the people that care don’t care.
Love your insperation and your creativity it really gets me thinking and wanting to achieve.
Take a breath smell the roses and enjoy the day that has been give. Oh and WOW what a marvelous sight to see that falcon is gorgeous.

You are so right! The falcon has the right idea… When I craft, I am behaving like the falcon. I hadn’t thought of it that way before, but it sounds so nice put that way!
