I think some of you misunderstood my post from earlier today…
I am in a great place right now….
Things here at home are settling down….
I am rapidly getting caught up and…
My brain is exploding with ideas…
My post from earlier today merely meant that I wasn’t going to make the 4 o’clock deadline for posting the sneak peek of the the Tooth Fairy house and I wasn’t going to sweat about it….thats all…. nothing more.
I stopped fretting to watch an exquisite animal and thought to myself “No one will really be bothered if the sample is not quite to the point you want it to be to show, take a breathe and finish it the way you will be proud of”. So I am…
My post from yesterday? I am always amazed how, as women, we are able to juggle so many different roles in our lives…mine is no different than most of you….the labels may be the only difference. I am probably no busier than anyone else with a home, job and family. I think I just was trying to say in a far too obtuse manner , that I juggle a lot and I might be a day or two late with a pattern or I may not respond to an email as quick as I like, but, I do eventually get to it all. I have never taken on more than I can complete, it may just end up in a different time frame than I, or you, expect. The world keeps spinning…. Even if I am not busy, I will come up with something that makes me busy…it is just who I am and how I roll….
It has been a challenging year or two for me but things are coming back into the realm that could be called “normal” and things are probably better than they have been in over two years. I am finally in a position to move towards my dreams and I am BEYOND excited to be were I am…
I am so glad to have you all here on this journey….
Laura
That was a lovely post! I am amazed at all you’ve done in the past few months. Catchup, yes, but a lot of new stuff too. So exciting!!
Hi Laura, Thank you for what you do and the joy it brings to myself and many others. Keep on keep in’ on 🙂

And we are lucky to be sharing your journey!
Now this sounds like the Laura of a while back. I am so glad that things are settling down somewhat. Don’t say it out loud though, someone always wants to throw a monkey wrench in when things start getting settled. Looking forward to what’s coming up and for being on this journey with you. Can’t wait to see what is coming up from you and FOR you. You deserve it all no matter what it is.

I truly appreciate you and I am pleased for you that you have so many ustream videos, kits, and projects to make. Love Love Love!! I have been following you going on 3 years and I am looking forward to the future with your creativity. It is therapy for me. Hugs from Maine. Marilyn Mae
I have been with you for a while now Laura, and have enjoyed the Journey so much. Thanks for being there for us and I hope you know we will be there for you as well.
Hugs,
Marcie
Laura, I got my summer fairy house kit today. Just had to pull it all apart to see what I get to work with on this project. And I signed up for the autumn fairy house too sight unseen! Just love the houses. You don’t often see me on the live ustreams but I watch all the recordings. I so enjoy your designs and I have learned a lot about construction and how to put things together. And it is way fun to combine different elements from all the books I have made into my own projects. I know what it is like to live with daily health concerns (I know not quite the same as behaviors) and the amount of energy it takes to manage it all. I have learned lots of patience through this process in my own life. So I am glad you took a few minutes to see and admire our brother falcon. Big hugs to you and your family. Hi Laura – I’m in the UK and have been watching you (in an unstalker like way!) for a couple of years. Love your projects and am happy to be patient – I have a busy up and down life too – I have just finished the May birdhouse which turned out really lovely – I too am looking forward to the Fairy House Patterns.
Regards Jacqui
You amaze me! Unlike others, you stick to your schedule, keep to your promises, and don’t make excuses (especially flimsy ones!). Quite honestly, YOU set bar for others in the same business!
